Happy Sewing!
It is just beautiful! I am sure they will cherish it for years. Quilts made with love, nothing beats that.
oh!! your wedding quilt turned out just fabulous. my husband likes to watch a little tv in the evening, so i will do something as i join him. I too love to put my binding on by hand. I agree, there is something relaxing and fulfilling in doing it. Have a fabulous weekend
Great idea to make this color theme for weddings! Love it.
Its beautiful. I am a hand sewing binder too. I gives me a chance to enjoy the fabrics 🙂

The wedding quilt is beautiful! I love hand stitching the bindings also. What a beautiful gift! Thank you for the giveaway and so happy to have won and will use the fabric to stitch with my niece who is learning to sew!
I’m late checking in, but I love how this turned out! And I truly love the idea of making wedding quilts for family members from the same pattern–think how much fun it will be for them to compare their quilts and see how similar/how different they are, depending on the fabric choices. That will show them how well you know them because the fabric choices will be reflections of your insights into them and the attention you’ve been paying all these years or (in cases of new in-laws) the clues you’ve gathered.
