we started the day in Bird Island…
the next town – New Ulm – boasted three shops!!
each shop certainly had its own personality!
this quilt really jumped out at me!!
we then went onto Norwood-Young America…
and our final shop was in Hutchinson…one of my personal favs…
such a fun, fun day…
and the giveaway for today…
spy something fun??
leave a comment to enter…
I will announce a winner on Friday…
Happy Sewing!
Shop hop looks like fun. You are lucky to have all those shops close enough to visit in a day.
Sounds like you all had a blast on the shop hop!
I see some cute Kinder fabric
It looks like you all had a fun time. The alphabet fabric looks fun.

I want to go on a Shop Hop with you all. Looks like some great shops!
Love the alphabet fabric. I’m thinking it’s from the kids quilt you’ve been working. ♀️
I like the yellows, but the alphabet is the cutest!
Looks like a fun trip for you.
What a wonderful outing with friends. Love the solar system quilt. Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway.
Sounds fun!! I love that the green and yellows look like spring (only sleet here!).
Love the yellows and greens! The Shop Hop looked liked a lot of fun.
What a fun day! That alphabet fabric is darling, and I’m smiling at the sight of the lime green aloha print.
I wanted to tell you, Brooke–remember how I said that the fabric you share with me always finds an immediate project? No sooner did your fun sloth print arrive than I was on the phone with my niece who lives on the East Coast. She was excited to tell me she had just visited–you guessed it–a sloth refuge! I’ll be sending her the most darling sloth-themed mug rug as a surprise pretty soon. xxx B.
Would love to go on a shop hop with a fun group like yours. The turquoise fabric would go right in a project that I am working on now.
Why do we quilters love fabric scraps so much!! I can’t ever get enough!! Thanks for a giveaway opportunity. elanagoldberg5@gmail.com
I love shop hops, and am looking forward to our annual event here too. I never seem to use the fabric up for the pattern they design, it’s all about enjoying the day out with fellow quilters isn’t it. All those quilt stores, new fabrics to be held up and oohed and aahed over, new notions to buy. And then there are the coffee and cake stops. By the end of the day I stagger home with a bunch of fabric I can’t necessarily remember why I bought, except it was on sale! And gorgeous to boot!
By the way, I like the look of the kindernscraps, yet to make it downunder to NZ, but I will keep my eyes open.
Interesting kinder fabric that might make great fussy cut doors for my Sewing a Village houses!
