hello Friday!
today I am thrilled to share my finished Library of Flowers centerpiece!
the designer of this line is Margot Elena…a very accomplished artist!
if you remember…I shared about this fabric line here…
I began with cutting 4.5 inch squares from each of the prints in this line…
I laid out the squares 8 wide and 8 rows down…randomly to space out the amazing variety of floral prints…
I made some free form stars using this pattern…
I opted to use the tiny flower print for these stars…
after I had my top all sewn together…
I did a big circular design…
this is one of my favorites especially with pieces with lots of squares…
tadah!!
I just love the finish!!
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial!!
if you would be interested in a kit, leave me a comment…
Happy Sewing!

I love the circular design – you kept it so consistent!
I love this line of fabric! Will have to look for it. Sadly, my LQSs don’t carry Free Spirit. Thanks for sharing this.
Really like the stars you put in. They moved it up a notch.
Well done Brooke!! What a fabulous example of how well the prints blend.
