finished quilt and some snow

hello Monday!

remember this fun baby quilt project?

my dear friend quilted this for me shortly before Christmas as I ran out of time….jury duty and Christmas prep put a hole in my plans…

before we headed out to see the kids, I sewed the binding on…figuring I could get the handwork done…

good thing as this baby girl showed up 5 weeks early!!

so I was able to leave it with my daughter to get it sent off to be enjoyed!

while we were visiting our kids, we were blessed with amazing snow!!!

we don’t usually get lovely snow like this at our house, we have tiny snow and super cold…this was close to 30 degrees, perfect for a winter family walk!
