One of my Flying Free runners is headed out to my sister-in-law for a birthday gift – Happy Birthday Lynn! (I don’t think she reads my blog *wink*wink*)
I neglected to share another of my birthday gifts – my bestie made this wonderful bag as part of my gift! Thanks Donna! Recognize the laminate fabric?? So, so cute!!
Yesterday, one of our dear friends who has been in Mozambique working with New Tribes sent me this fabric – oh my goodness!!! Love it!! Now any ideas about what to make?? What do you see??
oh yes, and did you see this over at Intrepid Thread?? I have decided to jump in too….
should be loads of fun….anything Julie is apart of – I’m in! Have a wonderful day!!
Lots of lovelies in this post! Your laminated bag is so cute =D
Now…what to do with the gorgeous earthy fabric….hmmmm….my first thought was a quilt, but what about a runner using large rectangles? instead of skinny strips…
Your bag is so cute! How nice of Donna! And the runner you made for you SIL is great.
Love the African fabric… great for a purse or bag.
African fabrics are gorgeous, how about making a handbag?
