hello Monday!
today I thought I would share about some Christmas runners I made for my SIL who is getting a jump on her Christmas shopping!
I pulled these fabrics together to make one runner using my pattern…
I also made one using these Sweetwater fabrics…
then I thought one using these Kate & Birdie prints would round out the selections…
this winter tree branch panel is one of my favorites…
super fun to dig around in my stash to use fabrics I already have!!
I sewed these while my bestie was here…she is super good at seeing what I had already passed over!!
an extra set of eyes is valuable!!
and the fabric giveaway for today…
spy something fun??
leave me a comment to enter…
I will draw a winner on Friday…
Happy Sewing!
Love those fabrics and your runner pattern
You’re planning Christmas sewing already??? You’re putting us all to shame Brooke !!!
How wonderful, you will have Christmas wrapped up in no time, unlike the rest of us who will be sewing like crazy in December. x
I really like the fabrice that appears to be holly, very Christmasy! This is probably the best time to start thinking about Christmas sewing, less dealine stress, haha
oh cant wait to see the finished runner. I love the materials you are using
Christmas?! I spy Tula Pink.
Love those Christmas fabrics!!!
I think about Christmas all year. Had planned to make each of my kids a Chirstmas quilt this year, but not sure I will get to it. I am facing spine surgery soon and will be at 12 weeks of doing nothing, I mean recovering.
Lots of daisies! Those always make me of my sister, who had a well-worn shirt with a pretty daisy pattern on it. Funny the things you get sentimental about…
I’ve found that the only way to have handmade gifts to give at Christmas is to start early. And, to me, they’re more fun to make when it’s not a mad rush. Love the prints in your giveaway pile, especially the one with the little daisies!
I like your fabrics for your runners. Very pretty! angielovesgary2 atgmail dotcom
What wonderful Christmas sewing. The daisy fabric is just wonderful. Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway.
Great idea to work on Christmas runners. I personally am working on a Halloween quilt. Love the dot fabrics
I spy daisies. I love daisies.
Christmas in June, you are so ahead of the game!
Love the orange polka dots! Haven’t thought about Christmas gifts yet. Guess I’d better start planning.
