I posted a bit ago about buying some additional Make Life fabric to do more table runners. Well here is the first one finished. I really like it a lot. I have several more all ready to go. So….go ahead and Make Life lots of Fun!!!
Twilight Frost!
It sure doesn’t feel frosty at my house this time of year, but I wanted to make up a few seasonal items to be ready. I fell in love with these fabrics last year from Connecting Threads called Twilight Frost. My Mom gave me a table runner made with them. Since they are not the […]
Freebird on the Table
I have been on a quest to make table runners so I am ready for my upcoming “Christmas in July” sale. I had some leftover pieces from my Freebird project, which is still grounded by the way, and thought they would make a great runner. I was correct! I really liked the way this project […]
Flower Shower runner
HOORAY! Amidst all my kids’ activities, I finally found some time to work on this new runner idea. I REALLY like it a lot and glad that I can make two more of these. I also tried out a new quilting idea from my dear friend. I love the results – so thanks Donna!

Flower Shower!
Since I am striving to use up some fabric in my collections, I pulled out these pieces to use in a table runner idea. I bought most of them in California last summer with my niece, actually she LOVES them! I thought they might make a great runner. I am hoping to work on this […]
Freebird Grounded!
Okay, I have a design dilemma with my Freebird project. Any suggestions? I realize that I could probably solve my issues with more fabric, but I am trying to make this project with what I have. Once I put side triangles on, I realized my corner squares will be trimmed on the bias.
Another Wedding Quilt
Over the past weekend I found time to finish up yet another Beige Wedding Quilt. This one is for my hubby’s niece who is getting married later this summer. I enjoy doing these neutral quilts for wedding gifts.
Turtle Border Blocks…
This past week I FINALLY finished piecing the difficult half triangle border blocks for the Turtle Quilt! Hooray!! I still have another set of border blocks to do, but they only have three half square triangles in each one. I thought you might like to see how the quilt looks now. Enjoy!
