happy Monday!
a few weeks ago, my older son had a VFW baseball tourney down in New Ulm…
you might remember that I went on a shop hop in April and we visited this same shop…
we had about five hours to kill on Saturday…
so I had brought this quilt along…
I was able to use their classroom to trim it and then also cut my binding…
of course these fabrics just had to come home with me…
just wait until you see what I made with them…
now for some fun…
remember this amazing bundle of fabric I received from Julie at the Intrepid Thread??
well…one of you can win a bundle too!!
Julie offered to giveaway one to one of my readers!!
isn’t she just the best??
leave a comment to enter…
I will announce a winner on Friday…
Happy Sewing!
ps – remember to stop back by here on Friday for Finish It Up Friday linky party!
Such pretty fabrics. I love the name Sewing Seeds Quilt Co.
Such a sweet giveaway!!! Great fabric bundle! Also great chance to get work done on your quilt using their facilities.
Love the Tula fabric!
What a cute little mouse.
Well isn’t that just the sweetest to have a giveaway?! Love your fabric selection on your shopping spree too!
Very pretty fabrics and also the name Sewing Seeds.
I love Intrepid Thread! They have a great selection of fabrics and customer service is top notch!
Can’t wait to see what you make with your purchases. Such pretty and bright fabrics!
Oh yes, a lovely little bundle to win. I have just the project in mind. Bari J did a quilt along for a boho inspired quilt this year. I have saved the instructions, now just waiting for the house to sell and a new studio to make it in. I want space, white walls, lots of light, and more space. Oh, and quiet. Just me and my radio station, or podcast of choice.
Thanks for the giveaway. Looking forward to seeing what you make.
Julie is the best. Right now I have a fever of 102 and am pretty miserable–new antibiotic allergy, everything is going wrong, one of those things…blah, blah blah. The chance to enter is the only bright spot in several days. It’s the little things, right? A reminder that I’ll bet back to my sewing machine eventually.
Oh my goodness! What a generous giveaway! Those fabrics are so beautiful and the florals and little mouse print would be perfect for my girls. 🙂
Wow… please, count me in too…
Oh my goodness, I’m drooling over that print with the little mouse head!
Thanks for the awesome giveaway! Love the fabric!
I’m looking forward to seeing that quilt you worked on at the shop. Adoring the freshness of the prints. Is that rain drops I see in it? I went to a shop here in Pittsburgh as the lady was SO nice and helpful but there was no classroom nor a machine readily set up for “rent” to try out. I would love to try out a couple of different machines to do some small pieces to figure which I would like to purchase. (Long arm).. I will continue to search in my travels …I’ve ran into some along the way but just recently wish to own a long arm machine~ Have a blessed Day!
Beautiful fabric! I would love to win this!!
The fabric is so pretty!
I love the fabric you brought home and of course I patiently wait to see what treat you make with them. Thank you and Julie for a chance to win. I fell in love with a couple of those fabrics when you showed them.
xx. Carol
What a wonderful way to spend time on Saturday at a shop – so productive both in getting work done and picking up a lovely bundle! I love Julie and her store Intrepid Thread; I just washed my Pixie Noel QAL quilt and thought of you, Julie and Sally and how fun it was to quilt a long!
Wow what a nice giveaway. I subscribe to her newsletter and have ordered from her before.
Those are some beautifully bright and happy fabrics that came home with you, Brooke!
I’m looking forward to seeing what you create with them!
(Julie is *such* a beautiful, Sweet Soul!!… SO delightfully kind, generous, and loving!… like *you*!
I will never forget her help when I began my quilting journey!…)
Blessings!!!
Pat T.
Love the mixture of colors in this bundle. I have a little one in mind for these. Have to purchase soon!!
Hope you had a great Weekend!
Thank you for a fabulous giveaway, a girl can never have too much fabric. I love that you took your quilt along to work on while waiting, it shows you can quilt anywhere. x
How nice that you were able to use the class room to work on your quilt while you had a few hours off! And how lovely of Julie to share a bundle with your readers!!
I need to get more “mo-bile” with my work. I miss it when I’m out but am often too tired when I get home. Can you share with us on one of your future posts how you take such great post pictures! I would just like to take pictures for my own enjoyment but I have no idea how to get the best “sides” of things-ha!
Love your new fabrics! How wonderful to take advantage of the quilt shop during your free hours. Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway. And what a great giveaway.
